A. Catering S.r.l., as Data Controller, informs users who consult and/or interact with this site about the information regarding the processing of personal data relating to identified or identifiable subjects, pursuant to the "European Regulation 2016/679 concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of such data", and explains the methods of site management, collection, use and purposes of the data as well as the rights of the data subject.

2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
The processing of data is carried out for the following purposes and with the respective legal bases listed below:
A) Subject to the user's specific and separate consent (Articles 23 and 130 of the Privacy Code and Article 7 GDPR), for the following Marketing Purposes: - to send the user, via e-mail, mail and/or SMS and/or telephone contacts, newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material regarding the services offered by the Data Controller (provision not mandatory);
B) Prior consent to provide information relating to specific user requests either by email or through the website www.caffepareo.it (via the forms on the site) or by telephone/SMS contact (mandatory provision in order to use the services of the Data Controller);
C) To fulfill the contractual and legal obligations necessary for the provision of the service supplied by the data controller (mandatory provision in order to use the services of the Data Controller);
3. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
A. Catering S.r.l., as Data Controller, processes the following types of data in order to pursue the purposes described in the previous paragraph.
Browsing data
The computer systems and the technical and software procedures underlying the operation of this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the mechanisms of operation and protocols used on the Internet.
Every time the user accesses this site and every time they recall or request content, access data is stored in our systems and potentially also by the data controller and data processors, in the form of tabular or linear data files (within specific log files), structured and/or unstructured.

At the request of the Authorities, the data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or its users.
Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address and any other data provided, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services and/or purposes of processing, and, where necessary, explicit requests for consent are also present.
4. CATEGORIES OF DATA RECIPIENTS
Within the limits relevant to the indicated processing purposes, the collected data may be communicated to partners and consulting companies appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller, or due to legal obligations, or to fulfill your specific requests. Your data will not be disclosed in any way. The Data Processors and Persons in Charge of processing are specifically identified in the Data Management Document available at the operational headquarters of A. Catering S.r.l., and updated periodically.
5. PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the company's operational headquarters and is handled by technical staff from the office in charge of processing. Processing may also take place at external companies that collect data relating to access and navigation within the site in order to enable the functioning of services and sections that require user identification, and use the information collected for the technical administration of the site and for any statistical analysis regarding the use of the site itself. The personal data provided by users who submit requests for the sending of informational material (answers to queries, contact requests, brochures) are used solely for the purpose of carrying out the requested service or performance and will not be disclosed to third parties or transferred abroad.

The processing is carried out mainly with IT tools and with paper support when necessary.
7. SITE SECURITY MEASURES FOR DATA PROTECTION
For the management of the site, specific security measures are adopted by the domain manager, aimed at ensuring secure user access and protecting the information contained on the site from risks of loss or even accidental destruction. The antivirus software used in the management of the site is updated periodically in order to avoid data loss due to the action of computer viruses. It is also reminded that, while appropriate antivirus systems are adopted within the site, it is advisable for the user to equip their workstation with a prevention and scanning system against computer virus attacks. All data received following information requests and necessary for the provision of services/contracts are stored at the operational headquarters of A. Catering S.r.l., and the hardware infrastructure guarantees high levels of integrity and confidentiality of the same.
8. RETENTION PERIOD
The data are processed for the time necessary to carry out the service requested by the user or required by the purposes described in this document. The user may always request at any time the deletion and/or limitation of the data as well as the rights referred to in art. 9 of this information notice.
9. DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS
Pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and national legislation, the data subject may, according to the procedures and within the limits established by current legislation, exercise the following rights (provided for by Articles 16 to 21):
request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them (right of access);
know its origin;
to receive intelligible communication thereof;
to have information about the logic, methods, and purposes of the processing;
request their update, correction, integration, deletion, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected;
in cases of processing based on consent, receive your own data provided to the controller, in a structured format and readable by a data processor and in a format commonly used by an electronic device;
the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
